1. The service
Black Cat Academy provides coaching content and an AI companion trained on Anna Kristina's published work. It is coaching, education, and entertainment.
2. Not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice
Black Cat Academy provides coaching, education, and entertainment. Anna Kristina is a coach and content creator. She is not a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, medical practitioner, lawyer, or financial adviser, and the AI companion in this app is a software tool trained on her published work, not a clinician and not a human. Nothing here is therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and nothing here creates a clinician and patient relationship. Do not use this service in place of professional care. Always talk to a qualified professional about your health, your safety, your money, or your legal situation, and never delay or stop professional care because of something you read here.
3. If you are in crisis
If you are in crisis or you think you may harm yourself or someone else, do not use this app. Contact your local emergency number right away. In Australia call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14. In the United States call or text 988. In the United Kingdom call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid memberships continue month to month until you cancel, and you cancel yourself from Settings, keeping access until the end of the period you have paid for. Plan changes are prorated, so you only ever pay the fair difference.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. Because every plan gives you immediate access to digital content, coaching conversations, and downloadable guides, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credit, including for unused messages, for months you did not use, or for cancelling part way through a billing period. This applies to memberships, message top ups, screenshot packs, and consultation deposits. If you believe there has been a billing error, such as being charged twice or charged after your membership ended, contact us from your account email and we will investigate and correct any genuine error. Nothing here affects rights you may have under consumer law in your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
6. Results
Results and testimonials are individual and are not a promise of what you will experience. No specific outcome, relationship, or income is guaranteed.
7. Your content and privacy
Your conversations are yours. We store them to give Anna memory of your journey, we never sell them, and we do not use them to train AI models. You can export your data from Settings at any time, and you can start deletion from Settings at any time: deletion runs after a 30 day grace period, and also cancels any active subscription. See the Privacy Policy for the full timeline and the list of providers who process your data.
8. Acceptable use and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and you confirm this at signup. One account per person. No scraping, reselling, reverse-engineering, or sharing of member content or the AI's output as your own product. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and no refund is due if we do.
9. Brand and intellectual property
Black Cat, Black Cat Energy, Black Cat Academy, Anna Kristina's name, and her frameworks and phrasing are her trademarks and property. We love that this work helps you build your own thing, and we cheer you on. You may not, though, name or brand your product, page, or business using Black Cat or Anna Kristina marks, or present her frameworks as your own.
10. Changes to the service
This is a living product. We add, change, and occasionally retire features, and the content library grows over time. The message allowances and other limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page and in your account, and are the ones that apply. If we materially reduce what your paid plan includes, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that applies to you and cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
